i love to laugh. i take great pride in the unusual and different. yet in my everyday attempt to be unique, i become more predictable.

venture into my world. take me for what i am. a man. nothing more. nothing less. just a man.

enter my world. a world where moods matter.

for some, emotion is a treacherous adventure. a world where vulnerability becomes much too real. endurance, however,
is not an option, but rather
a requirement.
such is the state of my world.
to some i am blue. true blue? not always.
blue as in depression? at times.
royal? hardly. light, dark, or navy?
yes and so much more.
today like yesterday like tomorrow
is blue.
to some i am shallow and pale.

Revolting and Detestable.

what you see is what you get. nothing
under the skin and the skin is thin.
pride-driven so that those around me
become my mockery in this adventure
called 'life'. mean, blunt, crude, rude,
JESTER of ridicule.

to others i am deep.
a man of emotion. a man of words. a man whose
convictions
are as deep as the thought process that brought
him to those very convictions.
a man who is concerned for others welfare and
matters of the heart.
